Arrests

12/3 at 3 p.m. James Bergman, 34, of Brown Road, Richmond, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Chandler Drive on charges of violating a protection from abuse order, violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

12/3 at 5:56 p.m. Debra Lully, 34, of South Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on South Street on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and charges of violation of conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of hypodermic apparatuses. Lully was also issued a summons on charges of sale or use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

12/3 at 6:16 p.m. Lucas Elwell, 34, of Cumberland Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Cpl. Jason Aucoin on South Street on a charge of criminal trespass.

12/4 at 11 a.m. Keith Laney, 42, of Brown Road, Augusta, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Leeman Highway on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, operating under the influence, violating conditions of release, and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. Laney was also issued a summons on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

12/5 at 1:45 a.m. Bryan Wilson, 23, of Wildwood Drive, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Brett McIntire on Office Drive on an outstanding warrant from another agency, and a charge of assault.

12/2 A 15-year-old girl, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Chuck Reece on High Street on a charge of possession of tobacco products.

12/3 Shane Ross, 32, of Theodore Drive, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Sgt. Mike Lathrop on Water Street on a charge of leaving the scene of an unattended vehicle accident.
