7/15 at 9 p.m. William Russell, 51, of Centre Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Water Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
7/22 at 10 p.m. Nicholas Kebles, 28, of Washington Street, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Commercial Street on a charge of operating under the influence.
7/23 at 12:45 a.m. Cynthia LaRose, 21, of Middle Street, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Middle Street on a charge of violation of conditions of release.
7/23 at 1 a.m. Kevin Bowler, 23, of State Road, West Bath, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on State Road, West Bath, on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime.
7/23 at 9:30 a.m. Danielle Peavey, 37, of Pine Hill Drive, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on Pine Hill Drive on a charge of domestic violence assault.
7/27 at 11 p.m. Shawn Gray, 30, of Court Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief.
7/29 at 12:28 a.m. Susan Skillings, 26, of State Road, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel at Washington and South streets on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

7/15 Eric Cartonio, 27, of High Street, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on Water Street on a charge of violation of a protective order.
7/24 Shawn Lavoie, 28, of Oak Grove Avenue, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small at Oak Grove Cemetery on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
7/27 A 16-year-old boy, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Ted Raedel on Chandler Drive on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule W drugs.
Tagged tower
7/23 at 7:57 a.m. Officer Keith Jensen responded to the report that the south tower of the Carlton Bridge had been sprayed with graffiti. The “artist” or “artists” had to get to the top of the tower to find the proper canvas.
