8/13 at 2:14 p.m. Scott Ryan, 21, of Oak Street, was arrested on a warrant by Officer Richard Ross.

8/18 at 9:40 p.m. Brenda Ward, 49, of Windjammer Way, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on charges of domestic violence assault and violation of condition of release, and issued a summons on a charge of assault.

8/19 Michele Warner, 31, of Pleasant Street, was arrested on warrants by Detective Jim Montz.

8/21 at 1:40 a.m. Derek Robidoux, 23, of Georgetown, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/21 at 8:48 p.m. Michael Elwell, 51, of Oak Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

8/21 at 11:01 p.m. Margaret Burgos, 38, of Hallowell, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of operating under the influence.

8/21 Joshua Louwers, 20, of Wiscasset, was arrested by the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of operating under the influence. Three days later he was arrested by Bath Police on a charge of violations of conditions of release and issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.

Summonses

8/20 Kristal Bragdon, 28, of Office Drive, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on a charge of theft by deception.

8/23 Katherine Erbes, 36, of Middle Street, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of operating after suspension.

8/21 Joshua Louwers, 20, of Wiscasset was arrested by the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of operating under the influence. He was processed and released on bail at the Bath Police Station. Video surveillance from that morning showed Louwers waiting for officers to leave the station, walking into the rear lot and damaging the gas tank of the department’s 2010 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, causing about $400-worth of damage. Confronted with the information from the video, Louwers admitted to the damage and was arrested on Aug. 24 on a charge of violation of conditions of release and issued a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.
