8/8 at 5:30 p.m. Brandy Sichley, 34, of Court Street, was arrested on Court Street by Officer Mark Steele on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

8/9 at 11:01 p.m. Russell W. Golden, 47, of Court Street, was arrested on Court Street by Officer Brett McIntire on charges of domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest and violating conditions of release.

8/10 at 5:26 p.m. Russell E. Trinka, 28, of Cushing Road, Warren, was arrested on Court Street by Officer Eric Bryan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
