8/3 at 11:30 p.m. Zachary Cushing, 28, of Centre Street, was arrested on Centre Street by Officer Mark Steele on a charge of aggravated assault.
8/6 no time given Clayton Daniel, 52, of West Bath, was arrested on Bluff Road by Officer Shaun Cavanaugh on charges of operating under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, operating without a license and refusing to stop for a law enforcement officer.

7/24 Michele A. Hicks-Curry, 31, of Windjammer Way, was issued a summons on Windjammer Way by Officer Rick Ross on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.
8/7 A 16-year old female, of Phippsburg, was issued a summons on Washington Street by Officer Chris Carlton on a charge of operating without a license.
