Arrests

8/3 at 9:30 a.m. Richard Johnson, 30, of Oak Street, was arrested by Cpl. Marc Brunelle and Detective David Beauregard on two warrants and issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

8/4 at noon Paul Freeman, 20, of Oak Grove Avenue, was arrested by Officer Keith Jensen on charges of violation of condition of release and furnishing liquor to a minor.

8/6 at 9 a.m. Kevin Whalen, 41, of Pleasant Street, Brunswick, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on a warrant and issued a summons on a charge of criminal trespass. 

8/7 at 3 a.m. Damen Lamarre, 18, of Meadow Way, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on a charge of violation of conditions of release and issued a summons on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

8/9 at 5:30 p.m. Lucas Creamer, 19, of Goddard Street, was arrested by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of violation of conditions of release and issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct.

8/3 at 9:40 a.m. Scott Ryan, 20, of Oak Street, was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use or drug paraphernalia. 

8/4 at 7:40 a.m. A juvenile was issued a summons by Officer Keith Jensen on a charge of criminal mischief. 

8/6 at 11:40 p.m. Nathan Cloutier, 19, of Spring Street, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

8/6 at 11:40 p.m. Corey Underwood, 20, of Kings Point Road, West Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor. 

8/6 at 11:40 p.m. A girl was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of illegal possession of liquor by a minor.

8/8 at 6:50 p.m. Joseph Weymouth, 18, of Tarbox Street was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Booth on a charge of assault.

Rock beats glass

8/3 at 6:58 a.m. Cpl. Marc Brunelle responded to the report of vandalism to a Crooker & Sons excavator on Wing Farm Parkway. A rock had apparently been thrown through a window in the vehicle.

8/4 at 3:36 a.m. False alarm at Morse High School.
