Arrests

3/31 at 7:37 p.m. Courtney Guth, 27, of Two Dog Lane, Georgetown, was arrested by Officer Eric Bryan on Washington Street on a charge of operating under the influence, and issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child.

3/28 A 16-year-old male, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Mike Lever on Chandler Drive on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/31 Michael Smith, 54, of Drayton Road, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Drayton Road on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

4/2 A 17-year-old male, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Eric Bryan in Bath on charges of stealing drugs and criminal mischief.
