Arrests

3/30 at 5 p.m. Nikos Ley-Simmons, 20, of High Street, South Portland, was arrested by Officer Mark Steele on Water Street on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

3/31 Michael Thompson, 34, of Allen Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons by Cpl. Michelle Small on Water Street on a charge of terrorizing.

4/1 Wayne Thompson, 51, of Court Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Court Street on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

4/4 Jeff Letourneau, 38, of Tufton Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Brett McIntire on Bowery Street on a charge of possession of marijuana.

4/5 Jonathan Colon, 28, of Middle Road, Dresden, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross in Woolwich on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
