3/26 at 6:51 p.m. Paul Johnson, 35, of Winter Street Court, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Winter Street Court on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/31 at 9:40 p.m. David Drouin, 43, of Meadow Cross Road, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on Western Avenue on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/31 at 10:51 p.m. Ethan Zwaan, 21, of Chops Cross Road, Woolwich, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on Lambard Street on charges of operating under the influence, violation of condition of release and failure to notify an owner of an unattended vehicle collision.

3/31 at 11 p.m. Taylor Hanson, 18, of Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Lambard Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

4/3 at 5:40 p.m. Thomas Coffill III, 40, of Lisbon, was arrested by Officer Mike Lever on Russell Street on charges of assault, refusing to submit to arrest, terrorizing and criminal mischief.

Summonses

3/31 William Costa, 20, of Casco Road, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on Washington Street on charges of violation of condition of release and displaying the identification of another person as his own.

Arrested development

4/3 at about 9:15 p.m. Police responded to a Russell Street residence to help Lisbon Police find Thomas G. Coffill III, 40, of Lisbon. Officer Jason Aucoin reportedly found Coffill at his father’s home and told him a Lisbon officer was on the way to serve him with protection from abuse paperwork. Aucoin ultimately tried to read the paperwork to Coffill, who reportedly was upset and knocked it out of the officer’s hand. Coffill allegedly shoved Bath Officer Michael Lever before fleeing towards the house. A struggle ensued in arresting Coffill, who reportedly kicked several officers on the way into the police cruiser, kicked out the vehicle’s side rear window and made threatening statements to the officers. Coffill was charged with assault, refusing to submit to arrest, terrorizing and criminal mischief.
