Arrests

4/9 Fermin Sawtell, 36, of Tedford Road, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Centre Street on a charge of two counts of violation of condition of release and issued a summons on charges of assault and criminal trespass.

4/20 at 12:54 a.m. Amy Jo Rose, 37, of Bayshore Road, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel at Oak Grove Avenue and Windjammer Way on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/21 at 9:15 p.m. Susan Alexander, 48, of Dummer Street, was arrested by Cpl. Marc Brunelle on Middle Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

Summonses

4/18 Andrew Gilpatric, 40, of Pleasant Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Water Street on a charge of violation of bail.

Who framed me?

4/22 at 9:18 p.m. Officer Brett McIntire responded to the report on Redlon Road of a race track locker room, located behind the Hyde School, having been broken into. Nothing has been confirmed stolen, but a wooden window frame was damaged when pried open, according to police. Damage is estimated at around $200.
