Arrests

4/8 at 9 p.m. Prescott McCurdy, 50, of Allen Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Water Street by Officer Brett McIntire on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Summonses

4/11 James Robinson, 51, of Meadowbrook Road, Phippsburg, was issued a summons on Lincoln Street by Officer Garrett Olson on a charge of operating after suspension.

4/14 Paul Brubaker, 25, of Pleasant Street, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson and Cpl. Andrew Booth on charges of theft, misuse of identification and forgery.

4/14 A 15-year-old boy, of Brunswick, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of tobacco products. Another 15-year-old boy, of West Bath, was issued a summons on charges of possession of tobacco products and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Rash-onal behavior

4/14 at 11:35 a.m. Off-duty Cpl. Andrew Booth saw two 15-year-old boys checking vehicles in the Bath Shopping Center. Police have meanwhile been  investigating a rash of thefts from vehicles that happened over the weekend in the area of North and Lincoln Streets. Officer Richard Ross responded to Booth’s sighting, and both teens were detained, identified and charged with possession of tobacco products. One was from Brunswick, and the other, from West Bath, was also charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention. Evidence from the earlier thefts was found in the immediate area of the incident, and charges against one or both of the teens could be forthcoming, according to police. The department still has unclaimed property, and people whose vehicles were entered are asked to call police at 443-5563.

4/10 at 4:18 a.m. Dryer fire on Seekins Drive.

4/12 at 4:12 a.m. Motor vehicle accident on Ridge Road.

Bath emergency medical services responded to 39 calls from April 8-14.
