4/1 at 3:55 p.m. Lawrence Lynch, 52, of Middle Street, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Middle Street on a charge of violation of condition of release.

4/2 at 4:30 p.m. Heather Manson, 28, of Atlantic Avenue, Boothbay Harbor, was arrested by Officer Jason Aucoin on Water Street on a probation hold and a charge of theft.

4/7 at 2:03 a.m. Carlos Rodriguez, 52, of Main Street, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel at Route 1 and High Street on charges of operating under the influence and operating after suspension.

4/7 at 8:29 a.m. Andrew Small, 36, of Edwards Street, was arrested by Officer Richard Ross on Edwards Street on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Summonses

4/2 Nicole Ryan, 26, of South Clary Street, Jefferson, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Washington Street on a charge of operating with an expired registration of more than 150 days.

4/2 Michael Houde, 18, of New Meadows Road, West Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Snow Park Street on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

4/4 A 15-year-old boy, of Bath, was issued a summons by Officer Michelle Small on Oak Street a charge of theft.

4/8 at 8:47 a.m. Cpl. Nathan Gould responded to the complaint of a portable toilet that had been knocked over at Legion Field on Congress Avenue. The structure was put back in place.
