HARPSWELL — A man already charged with sex crimes in West Bath and Topsham now faces charges in Harpswell, too.

Andrew Thomas Mank, 21, of Bowery Street, Bath, was summonsed Jan. 11 by the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 15 counts of sexual abuse of a minor and one count of criminal restraint. The offenses allegedly took place from March through November 2011 in West Bath and Topsham.

After an investigation that began last month by Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office detectives, Mank was arrested Feb. 10 on charges of four counts of sexual abuse of minors in Harpswell during the summer of 2011.

Mank’s two alleged victims in the Cumberland County investigation were both younger than 15 at the time of the crimes, and Mank knew them, according to a Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office press release.
