BATH — Police arrested a Union Street Court man Tuesday on charges related to an investigation into alleged sex offenses dating to 2007.

Thomas Henderson, 64, was arrested at the Bath Police Department on warrants for unlawful sexual contact, Classes A and B, and two counts of unlawful sexual touching, Class D.

Earlier that day police executed a search warrant at Henderson’s home. They seized DVDs, video tapes, a video camera and a small amount of marijuana.

Police said the alleged victims were young girls who were familiar with Henderson and under the age of 12 when the offenses occurred.

Henderson posted $5,000 cash bail and is due to appear at West Bath District Court on May 10. If convicted, he could receive up to 30 years in prison for the Class A offense, up to 10 years for the Class B crime and up to 364 days for the Class D offenses, police said.
