BATH — Police arrested a 43-year-old Bath man on Tuesday and charged him with crimes including unlawful sexual contact and sexual touching involving three boys.

Kevin White of 140 Richardson St. was charged with aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, Class C; two counts of unlawful sexual contact, Class D; two counts of unlawful sexual touching, Class D; two counts of assault, Class D; two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor, and two counts of allowing minors to possess or consume liquor.

Police said they obtained a search warrant for White’s residence after receiving information in May that led to an investigation by Detective Jim Montz. The search resulted in police seizing evidence and arresting White on an unrelated bail violation. Further investigation led to the additional charges for crimes that allegedly occurred within the past 2 1/2 years.

The victims were all younger than 18 at the time of the alleged crimes, and they were known to the suspect, police said.

White’s bail was set at $25,000 cash. He could not post bail and was taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset.
