BATH — United Way of Mid Coast Maine will offer tips on home weatherization and heating assistance in an Oct. 8 meeting at 34 Wing Farm Parkway, Room C, from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

The outlook for fuel and utility costs will be covered, along with the expected demand for services. There will also be reports on guidelines and funding in the coming year for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, or LIHEAP, and on weatherization and energy efficiency programs.
