BATH — New Hope for Women, a group serving residents of four counties, will hold a workshop Saturday, Nov. 22, on identifying domestic violence.

The session, geared toward health-care professionals, will be held at Mid Coast Maine Community Action, 34 Wing Farm Parkway, Conference Room C. Networking, with coffee, will begin at 9:30 a.m., with the workshop starting at 10 a.m.

The two-hour workshop, held in collaboration with the Maine Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, will focus on identifying and responding to signs of violence among intimate partners in a way that protects the safety of victims and makes abusers accountable.
