BATH — The Planning Board opted again Tuesday to continue its discussion of proposed ordinance language regulating wireless communications facilities.

Discussion was primarily geared around the allowable height of cell towers above the average canopy of nearby trees, as well as whether guyed or lattice towers are acceptable at all, according to new Planning Director Andrew Deci.

Deci said he would update the draft of the language to respond to the board’s concerns, and that the panel will resume discussion next month.

The language will ultimately go to the City Council, which must vote twice on the matter.
