BATH — The Chocolate Church Arts Center celebrates mud season Saturday, April 2, with its biannual Mudboots & Blackties Gala.
The catered dinner, with dancing and a concert by the Hollowbody Electric Band, takes place at the Hyde School cafeteria and concert hall at 616 High St.
The evening alternates each year with the Hot Chocolate Jubilee variety show. The event will begin at 5 p.m. with a reception, which offers a cash bar and silent auction.
Tickets are $50, and available by calling the box office at 442-8455 or visiting chocolatechurcharts.org. The gala benefits participation by youths and seniors.
