FREEPORT — Barbara H. Chubbuck, 76, of Brunswick, died March 25 at the Freeport Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Lancaster, N.H., Aug. 9, 1932, the daughter of Elbridge and Mary Green.
She grew up on a farm and enjoyed horseback riding.
Barbara spent her career as a nurse employed by the Pineland Center in Pownal.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harvey Chubbuck and son, David Harriman.
She is survived by her children, Stephen Harriman of Augusta, Vicki Gordon of Freeport, and Donna Barrett of Woolwich; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
There will be no services.
Arrangements are by Brackett Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick.
