Susan Wilder’s acrylic painting, “Spring,” is one of the works on display at Heron Point Gallery through the end of July. Her work, and paintings by Bonnie Faulkner and Berri Kramer, make up a new exhibit, “#textmessage,” that opened last week. Each of the paintings, despite different mediums, embeds text in layers and patterns, Faulkner says. Heron Point is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, at 63 Market St., Portland.
