During Portland’s First Friday Art Walk from 5-8:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 5, be sure to drop by The Time Gallery at CTN Studios, 516 Congress St., Portland, for the Valentine’s Shoppe art and crafts exhibit and sale. The event features a group art show by three Mid-Coast painters, Ruth Monsell, Karen Rutan, and Liliana Thelander, including Monsell’s oil painting pictured here, “Late Afternoon Castles.”  Entertainment includes “Songfest 2010,” live music with Dave Bullard and 20 local songwriters, poetry readings and storytelling.
