CAPE ELIZABETH — The sixth annual Paint for Preservation Wet Paint Art Auction and Reception on Sunday is sold out, but there are still plenty of opportunities to witness artists at work.

Nearly 30 artists – Mainers and others from Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York – will set up their easels at designated locations throughout Cape Elizabeth to capture the town’s natural beauty on canvas.

A list of artists and locations is available at the Cape Elizabeth Land Trust website, capelandtrust.org/paintforpreservation/2013/.

Later on Sunday, ticket holders will have an opportunity to bid on the original works at an auction at Ram Island Farm. The proceeds will benefit Cape Elizabeth Land Trust.
