FREEPORT — Singer and songwriter Anni Clark will perform a benefit concert on Saturday, March 14, at 7:30 p.m. in memory of Ken Carew, a member of the Freeport Schools Building Committee and a interegal voice behind the design of the performing arts center. Proceeds will help raise money for audio equipment at the PAC.
Marc Brann, an alumnus of the Freeport Community Players, will be the opening act. CDs will be available for sale and $2 from each sale will be donated to the cause.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. They are available at the Clothes Tree or online at fcponline.org.
