TOPSHAM – Anne Faith Robinson, 91, of Yarmouth, most recently a resident of Cadigan Lodge in Topsham, passed away in her sleep Sept. 20. She was born in Mt. Vernon, New York, Nov. 25, 1923, the daughter of William H. Carroll and Katherine A. (Fath) Carroll. She attended AB Davis High School in Mt. Vernon.

Robinson spent much of her time as a child and young adult at the family home on the Housatonic River (Lake Zoar), in Southbury, Connecticut, and had many fond memories of her parents and siblings. Her working career was primarily spent with the East Meadow, New York school district. Robinson loved her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, William H. Carroll.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Alfred T. Robinson of Yarmouth; her brother, Dawson Victor Carroll, and his wife, Joan, of Lansdale, Pennsylvania; a son, Dwayne Robinson, and his wife, Kathy, of Topsham; two grandchildren, Christopher and Faith; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held Sept. 28 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Brunswick, with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Yarmouth.
