BRUNSWICK — The U.S. Air Force will send an F-22 Raptor to perform demonstrations at this year’s Great State of Maine Air Show, according to a Monday press release.
The U.S. Navy Blue Angels will be the featured performers at the show at Brunswick Executive Airport over Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 5-6.
The event will mark the Raptor’s first appearance in Maine, one of only 20 North American air shows where the Raptor will perform this year. The Raptor is the most advanced fighter aircraft in the world, according to the press release.
