SCARBOROUGH — Jay Martin, Maine’s small business advocate, will meet with business owners and entrepreneurs at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Scarborough Public Library, off Gorham Road.

Martin’s role in state government is to hear complaints and concerns about regulatory issues from owners of business with 50 employees or fewer, and to help employers understand state regulatory and licensing requirements.

The meeting was arranged and will be co-hosted by state Reps. Amy Volk and Heather Sirocki, both R-Scarborough.
