LEBANON — The Maine State Police is investigating a crash that forced authorities to close River Road in Lebanon for two hours and that knocked out power to about 135 homes Sunday night.

Jason A. Cole, Lebanon’s assistant rescue chief, said a Chevrolet truck was heading south on River Road when it left the road, went airborne, hit two telephone poles, and rolled over several times about 8:30 p.m.

Cole said the roof of the truck was crushed. Two men inside the truck, ages 36 and 20, both of Rochester, N.H., were taken by ambuland to Frisbie Hospital in Rochester with injuries that appear to be non-life-threatening.
