BRUNSWICK — Three men were arrested just after 10 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, after a Perryman Drive resident reported he had been robbed at gunpoint and assaulted.

Police Cmdr. Mark Waltz said the resident did not need medical attention for his injuries.

Ibekendu Mokeme, 19, and Alex Burnham, 19, both of Portland, and Jahmi Seeley, 18, of Scarborough, were charged.

Mokeme was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, criminal mischief, criminal threatening, aggravated assault and aggravated reckless conduct. Burnham was charged with robbery and violating conditions of release, and Seeley was charged with robbery and assault.

Waltz said following the 911 call, Sgt. Justin Dolci stopped a vehicle that matched the suspect vehicle description, and patrol officers and detectives were able to tie the three men to the crime.

Mokeme, Burnham and Seeley were held at Cumberland County Jail until Wednesday, when Waltz said they were scheduled to appear in court.
